A 300-year-old thatched farmhouse in the lesser explored east Iya region. There is a total of eight farmhouses in random style. Each farmhouse has its own unique room layout and structure. Though the thatched-roof exterior preserves an antique look, the interior is equipped with the most advanced features including bathroom, air conditioning, linen towels, floor heating and many more.

The farmhouse also provides cooking utensils, induction heating, and basic condiments to allow the guests to cook for themselves with their own ingredients.
