All 32 suites offer spectacular views of both Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko, part of the Fuji Five Lakes region of Yamanashi Prefecture. Fully retractable glass doors lead onto a veranda, where a private volcanic stone hot spring bath awaits. Underfloor heating and eco-friendly bioethanol fireplaces ensure your comfort, while en-suite bathrooms feature rainfall showers and organic amenities. The palette is neutral, the furnishings crafted from natural materials and rooms are enhanced by local artwork and striking photography.

Suites come with either an open floor plan or separate bedroom. Splash out on the Luxury Premium Suite for spacious living, both indoor and outdoor onsen, of which there are two outside on the balcony, along with a hammock, lounge area with fire pit and a private hot stone sauna.

Soaring flames and the heady aroma of wood smoke from the open kitchen greet you at Restaurant Yamanoha. Tiered seating opposite a huge floor-to-ceiling window, provides spectacular Mount Fuji views and a sense of privacy. Wood, stone, and candlelight conspire to create a rustic charm, while the accomplished modern kaiseki multicourse dinners showcase the finest local produce. Wine pairing from a cellar stocked with international heavyweights adds to the experience. A Japanese style breakfast is served, although Western and vegetarian options are available if requested in advance.

Enjoy pre and post dinner drinks in the intimate bar lounge or out on the terrace. Serving a full range of cocktails, wines, beers and spirits, the bar has a range of standout Japanese sakes and whiskeys.

While all guests have access to a private hot spring onsen, there is also a large gender-segregated hot spring bath for those who prefer communal bathing. There are also steam rooms and saunas available, while treatments can be booked to enjoy in the privacy of your room.
