On-site facilities also include the Earth Lab, where guests can take an in-depth look at the Six Senses' sustainability efforts; Cinema Paradiso, an open-air amphitheatre beneath the stars; and private camel stables. Whilst the main restaurant, Midian, serves up fresh Mediterranean and Israeli fare, Edom View's menu features Middle Eastern-style mezze and tapas together with Israeli barbecue. There is also a poolside grill, and a lounge, Jamilla, from which handcrafted cocktails can be enjoyed.
