Best Time to Visit Israel
With a Mediterranean coastline and being north of the equator Israel’s seasons are in line with Europe. This means that the best time to visit climate-wise is in spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November), when the daytime temperatures aren't too extreme, as they are in the summer (June to August).
It does of course depend somewhat on where you go in Israel; March can be cold and rainy in northern Israel but is balmy by the Gulf of Aqaba and the Dead Sea. April is probably the best time to visit Israel, when temperatures are warm and wildflowers are in bloom. Winter can be cold and rainy in some areas.
