There is no need to be an experienced paddleboarder, all you need is an adventurous and positive mindset and to have good swimming skills. The boards are designed for stability and for those not wishing to stand, boarders can kneel, sit, or lay on the board. Instruction will be given, and a safety officer will always be within range.
