Fabulous memories, particularly of being able to open up my children's minds to other cultures.

So many, however the one that impressed me the most was in Bali - Tanah Gajah - gates that open up from your private pool to over look the rice paddies.

Explore local - get out of the 5 star bubble and soak up something local - this will stay with you more than a nice bedroom.
