Nature and wildlife are my greatest passions - I’m happiest in remote places where the wild still rules and culture runs deep. That is why some of my favourite places are in Africa. Seeing wildlife fully in their natural habitat, unbothered and untouched from the human world really touches your soul.

What's the most exciting wildlife sighting you’ve ever encountered?
While on safari in Kenya I saw Cheeta with her adorable 7 cubs. They were so joyful, zooming all over and I thought one was about to jump right into my lap.

What's the best thing you've ever brought back from your travels?
A watercolor painting of Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany, made by an elderly man sitting outside of the castle.

What’s the most incredible natural phenomenon you have witnessed?
Camping on top of Acatenango Volcano in Guatemala, watching the nearby Fuego Volcano erupt throughout the night.
