My love for travel started when I embarked on a study abroad program, Semester at Sea. There I traveled the globe on a ship, visiting 13 countries between Asia, Africa & Europe. I was able to deeply immerse myself in the local cultures throughout this 5-month journey. Since my experience on Semester at Sea I have continued to broaden my travel horizon, visiting 32 countries before the age of 30!
Since my experience on Semester at Sea I have continued to broaden my travel horizon, visiting 32 countries before the age of 30. Some of my favorite travel experiences thus far have been sleeping on the ice shelf in Antarctica next to penguins, to sunrise dune hikes in Namibia, to hiking the famed 4-day Machu Picchu trail in the Peruvian Andes.
With 7 years in the luxury travel industry, my expertise lies in Middle Eastern countries and parts of Asia where there is an abundance of rich culture and historic sites sprinkled throughout the regions.
I’m looking forward to my next international adventure which will be to Uganda & Zanzibar where I will experience a great mix of gorillas & chimps in the wild, and end relaxing on the beach for a few days!
Favourite places I've been
My hot picks
-
Adare Manor, Limerick, Galway, Connemara and the West, Ireland
This property is the essence of timeless luxury. From endless activities on the property grounds including falconry, horseback riding, and archery to the marvellous gardens and grand rooms for lounging. -
Bespoke Hideaways Discovery Bedu Camp, Wadi Rum, Jordan
The Discovery camp is unlike any other martian camp in the area as it is incredibly remote and only houses 6 tents, providing a very intimate feel. You arrive at the camp and immediately are greeted with beverages and snacks, in your plush lounge chairs, -
The Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh, Hurghada, Egypt
The Oberoi exudes luxury as each room is a private villa (some even include individual plunge pools!). From getting driven around the property in golf carts to the private house reef and PADI dive center, this property has it all.

At Petra in Jordan, if you are active and looking for adventure, I recommend hiking up the Al Khubtha trail to get a spectacular viewport of The Treasury below! This is a lesser frequented trail so you will need to refer to a map beforehand!

For me personally, I’ve found that the most memorable travel experiences are those that are unique experiences. From preparing a meal with a local family in Morocco, to a private pottery lesson with a resident artisan in the souks of Cairo.
