My travels have taken me all over the world, from living in Australia, backpacking across Latin America and self-driving through South Africa, but something always pulls me back to Europe. The best cities, unmatched food, and huge diversity in scenery, things to do and places to see. We are lucky to have so much on our door step.

What is the best hotel you've ever stayed at and why?
I recently stayed at Borgo Santo Pietro in Tuscany and feel in love with it. Every corner you turn looks like a postcard, and almost everything produced on site.
-
What's the best thing you've ever brought back from your travels?
I collect a post card from every country I have travelled to, and I have put them into a big collage and framed it.
-
What's the most exciting wildlife sighting you’ve ever encountered?
Swimming with Humpback Whales in Hervey Bay, Australia. Seeing them from a boat is one thing, but to see them underwater was another level!

VIEW TOUREpic Greek Islands
The smaller, lesser travelled island in the Greek Cyclades are some of my favourite places for a beach holiday with a twist, which avoid the crowds of islands like Santorini.
