Description
Villa Llenaire is a luxury finca style villa lying between the unspoiled town of Pollenca and the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollenca. Set in spacious grounds, with a large pool and comes with customized villa service. Sleeps 8.
Set in several acres of undulating countryside, Villa Llenaire is a traditionally built Mallorcan villa. The terraces and gardens enjoy countryside views, whilst behind there's a large area left to wilderness filled with native trees and shrubs. This is a truly private and peaceful setting, where the only sound is that of the neighboring cows and goats.
Al fresco dining from breakfast through to dinner is the best way to eat here, making full use of the covered terraces and long table. Terracotta pots are scattered around the terraces, gardens and swimming pool (heated outside of peak season) with views over the lawns, whilst palm trees, lavender, olives and other native plants make up the borders.
The villa inside is spacious and comfortable, with the ground floor given to open plan living and French doors leading directly out to the terraces. It has a combined traditional and contemporary style throughout which should appeal to all tastes and ages. There are two double bedrooms on the ground floor with the further two upstairs. All the bedrooms are a good size, whilst the bathrooms are luxuriously appointed. Below, on the lower ground is the enormous children's games room filled with an extraordinary range of toys, games and equipment for all ages.
The rural setting of Villa Llenaire makes it a peaceful retreat, yet it is still within easy reach of Pollenca, with its boutiques, galleries and restaurants. The beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Cala St Vicent are a short drive away, as are the Tramantuna Mountains for those who like to explore. Golfers can spend the morning at the nine hole Pollenca Golf or the course at Alcanada, and maybe have lunch at Son Brull nearby.
Accommodation
There are 4 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms at Villa Llenaire. A double and twin bedroom on the ground floor and another double and twin on the first floor which makes this villa ideal for 2 families sharing. As well as 4 bedrooms there is a spacious open plan living area on the ground floor and in the basement, an enormous children's playroom. The spacious gardens at Villa Llenaire are spectacular and so there are a number of covered terraces in which to enjoy them.
Villa Llenaire has the benefit of having airconditioning and fitted stairgates throughout.

Activities
Puerto Pollenca has an excellent beach, yacht club and marina, and an attractive main square and promenades.
It is also one of the island’s best locations for enjoying water-based sports: Sailing, dinghy sailing, kite surfing ,windsurfing, diving and sea kayaking are all available to those looking for something to do whilst on vacation.
Alternatively if you enjoy the sea you can rent a boat and take a picnic to one of the many coves in the bay.
A host of other activities are also available including bicycle hire, horse riding and trekking.
It is also possible to play a round of golf at one of the many courses on the island or a game of tennis.

| Pool Heating | Your pool is heated by a solar system which will be in use during the months of May, June and September only. We will aim to get the pool heated to around 26 degrees during these months. If it is cool at night or has been raining it may mean that the pool will struggle to reach this temperature. It is usual for the pool to feel cooler in the mornings in particular as there is not a pool cover to keep the heat in. |
