Castellare De Sernigi is an ultra-exclusive seven-bedroom ancient manor house nestled in the Chianti region of Tuscany, made up of green hills dotted with olive trees, thriving vineyards and centuries-old cypress trees. Having gone through a meticulous and detailed restoration, while maintaining its charm and architectural style which bonds this residence to the Tuscan landscape.
Spell binding beauty surrounds you here and the manor interior is no exception, with seven finely furnished air-conditioned bedrooms along with two stunning living rooms, dining room and kitchen. The graceful arches lead from one room to the next, natural tones in the wooden beams and furnishings, stone fireplaces and polished terracotta tiled floors all add to the tranquil feel of this opulent property. Surrounding the villa, luscious blossoms burst over the terraces and in the gardens enjoy the many majestic alfresco nooks, a large stone terrace with arbor covered outdoor eating area and large swimming pool with surrounding stone deck along with a hot tub and red clay tennis court.
There is an abundance of activities to try in this beautiful area from biking to walking, hiking and sailing, horseback riding, balloon rides, golf or fishing.
