Less formal are the al fresco Mistral specialising in Mediterranean classics and the Pool House, a casual eatery serving a variety of cuisines. The star of the show is SEA, designed by three Michelin star chef, Sven Elverfeld of Aqua, where guests can enjoy a European inspired tasting menu.
