Jumeirah Mina Al Salam completely refurbished in 2015, is a boutique style hotel comprising 292 spacious guest rooms, each tastefully furnished with a private balcony overlooking the Arabian Gulf. With 5 restaurants in the hotel, and 45 restaurants in the Madinat Jumeirah complex, there are ample opportunities to meet any culinary desire.
Within Madinat Jumeirah there is a huge choice of facilities available including an excellent kid’s club, a wonderful spa, the air conditioned souk with boutique fashion, antiques, perfumes and jewellery and a choice of over 40 world-class restaurants bars and lounges offering cuisines from around the world. The health club features a fully equipped gym over looking the indoor lap pool, squash courts, steam rooms, saunas and a healthy cafe.
All this is spread out amongst stunning landscaped gardens and a private beach. A quirky addition is the 3.7km of waterways with traditional boats to transfer guests from place to place.
When to visit
Try the Mexican restaurant Tortuga which is great for a casual yet delicious meal, the pulled beef burrito is excellent as are the Borrego tacos
