Breakfast is served on the train before you head to the pier to board a traditional boat, heading for the iconic reed islands of the Uros people, famed for their unique construction from locally sourced Totora reeds. The Uros people will explain the many uses of these reeds and give you an insight into how the islands and their homes were constructed.

Next stop is the contrasting island of Taquile, famed for its distinctive textiles which are woven predominantly by the men of the island. Stop here to enjoy a delicious lunch at a private location at Collata Beach and observe a traditional dance performance and demonstration of local artisan work.

Arrival to Lake Titicaca station in the late afternoon where you will enjoy high tea before departing to your final destination, Arequipa. Dinner will be served on board.
