Venice can be enjoyed throughout the summer with the hottest months mid July to the end of August being the most humid. The Dolomites in summer has a sunny and warm climate, with cool crisp evenings.

Fly to Venice Airport
Venice, Italy
Day 1 – Arrival in Venice Step into the magic of Venice and arrive at your picturesque palazzo on the Grand Canal, a meticulously restored Aman hotel in the heart of the city. Just a 15-minute stroll from St Mark’s Square, it is the perfect base for a romantic getaway. Spend the afternoon unwinding with a gentle walk along the canals before enjoying a long, indulgent dinner at Arva Restaurant.
Day 2 – Venice: Romance & Culture Begin your day with a couples’ massage at the hotel’s serene spa, followed by a leisurely exploration of Venice’s cultural treasures, from St Mark’s Square to its world-famous art galleries. Relish a long lunch in the city’s charming streets or return to Arva for a refined dining experience. As evening falls, glide through the canals on a sunset aperitivo boat tour, before a romantic evening meal.
Day 3 – Venice: Scenic Delights Spend the morning gliding through Venice’s iconic waterways on a private gondola ride, followed by an optional excursion to the islands of Murano and Burano to admire glassmaking and vibrant architecture. Return to your palazzo in the evening for a relaxed dinner, soaking in the city’s enchanting atmosphere.
Day 4 – Venice to San Cassiano, Dolomites After breakfast, you will be whisked away to the charming mountain village of San Cassiano, nestled in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Dolomites. Check in at the Rosa Alpina, renowned for its stunning mountain panorama. Spend the afternoon exploring the surroundings or unwinding in the spa before enjoying a refined dinner with alpine views.

San Cassiano, Dolomites, Italy
Day 5 – San Cassiano: Adventure & Indulgence Experience the Dolomites at their most breathtaking. Spend the day hiking or cycling, with complimentary bikes, hiking sticks, maps, and bottled water provided by the hotel. In the evening, delight in an extraordinary culinary experience at St Hubertus, the hotel’s 3 Michelin-starred restaurant, with a 5-course tasting menu paired with exceptional wines.
Day 6 – San Cassiano: Exclusive Experiences For a truly unforgettable experience, book the hotel’s mountain cabin at 6,000 feet, where dinner can be delivered in a secluded, panoramic setting. Alternatively, continue exploring the trails or indulge in a spa treatment before a relaxed evening meal at the hotel.
Day 7 – Departure Enjoy a final breakfast overlooking the majestic Dolomites before departing for your onward journey, taking with you memories of Venice’s timeless charm and the dramatic beauty of the mountains.
