The buildings are arranged around a tranquil courtyard shaded by mature lime trees and with 88 ensuite guestrooms and a variety of suites, all oozing a warm and friendly ambiance.
Expect chic décor, neutral palette, attractive exposed stone and tile flooring, natural fabrics and contemporary ensuites and seating areas. Each room and suite is completely individual with a range of impressive suites sleeping from two to four guests, with separate lounges and terraces for extra space. Standard amenities include climate control, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, flatscreen TV, minibar, Nespresso machine, robes, slippers, hairdryer and organic toiletries.
The boutique hotel is home to two main restaurants – Le Restaurant which is in the hotel’s beautiful and tranquil inner courtyard, and the less-formal La Guinguette is located in the hotel’s rustic vegetable garden and terraces. Both are helmed by chef Thomas Vitele, who uses local seasonal produce, along with herbs and edible flowers from the hotel’s garden, to create refined cuisine with southern French accents.
Within the pretty gardens is the outdoor pool, ideal for recovering after a day of exploring the local area. For an extra dose of relaxation, the hotel is home to ancient Roman Baths, laid out in a traditional bath circuit, with a succession of pools, each increasing in temperature. Along with a movement studio, a space dedicated to enhancing your body to improve strength, flexibility and resistance.
