What’s more, the city lies in the foothills of the Tianshan Mountains, bordering the Takla-Makan Desert and is well-known for its beautiful landscapes, particularly the russet rocks of Grand Canyon. Just 10-kilometres north of the city, Aksu airport is a 25-minute drive away.The 92 rooms are clean and comfortable with modern Chinese décor.
