When it comes to our guests, nothing is too much trouble. It's this philosophy that drives our experts to create luxury holidays that are extra special, and completely tailor-made - because no two guests are the same.
We love what we do. We love travel. Each and every holiday is carefully crafted by one of our specialists, who is passionate about their dedicated area.
We know the world. Each of our travel specialists spends up to four weeks a year visiting properties, learning about the destination and exploring every nook and cranny of their areas. So when you call, you’ll be talking to someone who has been here, seen it, done it.
We are creative and tailor-made. Everyone is different. We understand this, which is why instead of offering you a package holiday, we will create the perfect bespoke itinerary for you. We will listen to what you want to do and craft something amazing that exceeds your personal expectations, but not your budget.
We will take you off the beaten track. It is not just about plush hotels. In fact, we actively don’t recommend some 5 star properties. It’s about seeking out beautiful, magical spots. Waking up in a tented camp on the beach miles from anywhere. Meandering down river on a converted rice barge that’s now a floating retreat for two.
We know all about hospitality. We have been creating luxury tailor-made holidays since 1986 and run our very own luxury ski chalets in the Alps and villas in the Mediterranean, that all come complete with our fabulous staff. We also work with some of the best hospitality professionals in the business – so we are confident that the level of service you receive will be second to none. Our standards are high, but we always aim higher.
We go the extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble… We will organise a dinner at an Everest sumitter’s house, a lesson in how to throw spears with a Maasai warrior, or even a bagpiper to play in the New Year in your chalet.
We believe in value. We may not be the cheapest, but when it comes to value for money, we’re very hard to beat.
We’re responsible. We care about the environment and have set up a Responsible Travel program that gives back to the countries and communities our guests visit, to help preserve our planet.
