Win a getaway to the heart of Provence competition

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering, you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Scott Dunn Travel Ltd., with offices located at Mindspace Hammersmith, 1 Butterwick, London, W6 8DL (UK), 420 North Cedros Ave, Suite 102, Solana Beach, CA 92075 (US), 114 West 41st Street, New York, NY, 10036 (US), and #22-01/08, 30 Cecil St, Prudential Tower, Singapore 049712.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Entrants must not be employees of Scott Dunn or their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition.

3. Competition Period

The competition begins at 12:01 AM on 24/06/2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 30/06/2025 (the "Competition Period"). All times are GMT, and any entries received outside of the Competition Period will be void.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must enter all fields in the competition entry form.

5. Prize

• The winner will receive a 3 night stay based on two people sharing one room at Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf Resort, Provence.
• The winner will receive a complimentary visit and tasting at the Chateau d’Esclans, organised by Whispering Angel.
• Prize includes economy flights for two people from the UK. Any upgrades are at the winners own cost.
• Airport transfers to and from UK airports and transfers to the Chateau d’Esclans are not included.
• The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other prize or offer.
• The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. Hotel stay, flights and Chateau visit are all subject to availability.
• Scott Dunn and Whispering Angel reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances make this unavoidable.
• Trip must be booked by 31st August 2025.
• Trip must be taken by 1st July 2026.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random. The winner will be notified via email using the contact details provided. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 10 days of notification, Scott Dunn reserves the right to select another winner.

7. Data Protection

All personal data submitted by an entrant in connection with this competition is done so voluntarily. This information will be processed in accordance with the privacy policies of both Scott Dunn Travel Ltd. and Whispering Angel, reflecting their roles as joint controllers.

Please note that if you request data erasure before the conclusion of the competition, your entry will be voided.

Both parties will ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and guarantee the secure handling and processing of your personal data throughout the competition.

8. Marketing Communications

If you have opted to receive marketing communications from Scott Dunn and Whispering Angel when completing the competition entry form, you agree to be contacted by them for news, offers, and updates.

10. General

Scott Dunn reserves the right to cancel, modify, or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. The Promoter’s decision shall be final and binding in all respects.

11. Liability

The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by Internet users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the competition, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries.
