Average time to visit

Any time’s a good time to go to Singapore. Practically on the equator, Singapore is constantly warm (the temperature never drops below 20°C) and humid and gets fairly steady year-round rainfall. The wettest months are supposedly November to January, when it’s also a degree or two cooler, while the driest are supposedly May to July, but in reality there is little distinction between the seasons.

Boasting a superb location on Marina Bay with stunning views across the water and the city skyline, The Fullerton Bay is the last word in luxury in the heart of Singapore, and sister property to the iconic Fullerton Hotel around the corner.

Situated at the historic Clifford Landing, the Fullerton Bay is a luxurious, modern property with a distinct nod to the city’s colonial past. With glamorous public areas designed by the renowned designer Andre Fu, every aspect of the property is carefully thought out to best take in the panoramic views.

Each room and suite is finished with refined elegance, with polished rosewood accents, latticed screens and a classic, natural palette, featuring the latest in-room technology and picture windows affording vistas of the vibrant city and bustling bay.

Dining at The Fullerton Bay is an epicurean delight, with choices ranging from the immaculate modern French Brasserie Clifford and the airy Landing Point lounge and bar, to the expansive seventh-floor rooftop lounge bar, Lantern, which serves up delicious cocktails and sweeping views of the bay. By day, enjoy the spectacular 25-meter rooftop pool and by night, relax on the sumptuous cabana day beds with a signature cocktail.

The property is within walking distance of the local bars and restaurants of Boat Quay, where a bowl of Singapore chilli crab is not to be missed and is conveniently located for the world-renowned shopping district of Orchard Road.

The Fullerton Bay has 100 Rooms, 5 Suites and 1 Presidential Suite, all decorated in a natural palette with the elegant decor including materials such as polished rosewood, leather and chrome. This classic look is combined with the very latest in-room technology. Chic Deluxe Rooms have a balcony overlooking Customs House and Premier Rooms catch more of the bustling cosmopolitan skyline with views over some of the city's iconic landmarks. Bay View Rooms look onto the Marina Bay Waterfront and Premier Bay View Rooms have the addition of a spacious sundeck, some even have private Jacuzzis. The five spacious themed Suites all draw artistic influences from the cultures of the Malay, Chinese, Indian, Peranakan and Colonial era and are exquisitely and individually decorated to reflect their theme. The sprawling Presidential Suite is extravagantly lavish and even has a games room.

Children are welcome at The Fullerton Bay but no there are no specific facilities for them except babysitting. Singapore is a compact, easily negotiable city and has plenty of fun things for families to do together including the zoo with its night safari, and the rides and aquarium at Sentosa Park.

The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore has a number of excellent restaurants that include The Landing Point, Clifford and the rooftop Lantern where you can eat and drink overlooking the world-famous Singapore skyline accompanied by Latin or Cuban beats from the live band. Lantern is adjacent to the fabulous rooftop swimming pool which is surrounded by a lush tropical landscape and there is also a state of the art gym where each machine is integrated with individual TV sets - the gym's outdoor deck is a place where you can stretch and do yoga and pilates above the spectacular city skyline.

The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore forms part of The Fullerton Heritage precinct, the focal point for waterfront fine dining, upscale shopping and entertainment. Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, Chinatown, Victoria Theatre and the Singapore Art Museum are all easily accessible by foot from The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore.

Fullerton Bay is a fabulous place to stay whilst in Singapore - it is smart and slick, yet only has 100 rooms so has a lovely feel to it. The rooms are lovely, with all the mod cons - some have great views of Marina Bay which is definitely worth the upgrade. The roof top pool is a fantastic place to hang out after exploring the city and then enjoy a sunset cocktail at Lantern Bar.

This hotel is in my favorite location in Singapore, right on the marina in the heart of the city. It is so fabulous to be able to wonder out of your hotel to enjoy the huge offering of restaurants, bars, cafs, theaters, museums and so much more. It is a stunning hotel with a wonderful feel to it, warm and engaging staff, a beautiful grand lobby alongside The Clifford Pier restaurant and of course the spectacular roof top bar and swimming pool. For first timers in Singapore it has everything you need - what better way is there to shake off jet lag than to take a refreshing dip in the pool with the backdrop of the city skyline.
