From here head across the border into Israel and to Jerusalem where you can spend days exploring the Christian, Jewish and Muslim sites, each one more poignant and steeped in history than the last.
Another great combination is Oman and Dubai, these wealthy neighbors can provide an itinerary mixed with rolling sand dunes, beautiful azure waters, dramatic barren mountains with a sky-high city experience.
Egypt can be linked with any of the other countries in the Middle East. The immense Nile, Africa’s lifeline is vast, as the torrent of water rushes past, you will appreciate how vital it is for the 300 million and 11 countries that call it their saviour.
