Located on Phuket's north-western shores, Trisara is an extremely luxurious boutique property with fantastic private pool villas, all boasting incredible views out to the ocean - the philosophy here is of ultimate indulgence.
Located on the secluded north west coast of Phuket, Trisara sets a new level in the luxury market. Just 40-minutes from the airport you will find dense tropical forest meeting the Andaman sea and this is where Trisara is located. The grounds and facilities are beautifully maintained and very welcoming.
The 39 pavilion-style villas at Trisara are set far apart for absolute seclusion each with a 10-meter infinity edge pool and stunning ocean views. Inside, the villas are stylish and use rich colors to create a sense of opulence, further enhanced with a 37-inch plasma TV screen and the use of an iPod for each guest.
Trisara is a haven of peace where those who do venture out of their villa can relax by the salt water pool or on the secluded beach. There is also a spa with breathtaking views of the sea and a 'sala' for meditation or yoga, with a dedicated healing consultant. Dining in-villa or at one of the two restaurants where Thai and international dishes are created is a serene affair, with uninterrupted views out to sea. The Sunday Brunch is renowned for its delicious spread, and this is popular with both hotel guests and locals.
Trisara has 39 spacious, airy Pool Villas and Suites all with private pools, ocean views and outdoor showers. The Ocean View Pool Junior Suites are high up and have magnificent views, spacious living areas both indoor and out, and a pool. The one and two bedroom Ocean View and Ocean Front Villas have private gardens, teak sundecks, 10m pools and wonderful views. There are also 18 fully staffed private residences in their own compounds with two to five bedrooms, kitchens and 20m pools. All include: private limousine transfer to and from the airport, wifi, fresh fruit, homemade truffles and cookies daily, and gourmet tea and coffee.
Children are welcome at Trisara where there are good facilities including the complimentary Trisara Kids Club with computers, activities and games for children aged 4-16. Babysitting is also available.
The Trisara has two restaurants overlooking the ocean and a fabulous bar - the focus is very much on fresh local produce, great flavors and beautiful presentation. Trisara's PRU restaurant is one of Phuket's favorites with a firm and dedicated following. Private dining is also excellent here with poolside barbecues being a specialty. Trisara also has a nice spa (with many treatments that can also be enjoyed in your villa), yoga and meditation salon, beauty salon, 45-meter swimming pool, hobie cats, windsurfers and kayaks, gym, Thai boxing ring, library, PADI dive center and 2 tennis courts.
There is a golf course nearby and a range of boat excursions can be arranged to neighboring islands and bays. The resort's staff will be on hand to help with any activities you would like to partake in.

Set in a beautiful cove, this hotel offers everything from tennis lessons, fine dining and has its own secluded beach. The only negative is the fact you have to swim off the jetty, due to coral, on the Plus the snorkeling is brilliant

Beautiful Thai style villas with pools tumbling down a hillside studded with frangipani and palms to a long white beach, it was a hotel that ticked every box with an A! A huge pool flanked the ocean, two excellent restaurants joined by a huge deck overlooking the sea, this is a great hotel to arrive and never tire of the glorious sea views from every corner including the beautiful Spa! Relax, kick back and forget the world outside the gates of this beautiful property.

The Trisara is such a beautiful property with every detail carefully thought out and planned. All of the rooms and villas are dotted on the hill overlooking the beach giving spectacular views of the turquoise sea below. The lunch that I had here was absolutely delicious and so fresh. This combined with the flawless service made the property really stand out for me.

I couldn't find any flaws with Trisara, everything from the breakfasts to the rooms and to the views exceeded expectations. All villas have large private pools so you really can just stay within the compounds of your villa (which I must add are very spacious) for the day to completely re-charge. Although you should definitely venture out to the restaurants for mealtimes to enjoy some delicious fresh seafood and of course some traditional Thai dishes at The Deck.

Trisara oozes pure luxury with its self-indulgent villas and fantastic service. This is the sort of place where you could easily not leave your villa for the entire vacation. Staying here made me feel like a star and privacy is of paramount importance, even the beach is totally private with headlands at either end and access only through the hotel – something that is pretty rare in Thailand.
