Cairo is Egypt’s frenetic capital – perfect for exploring and soaking up Egyptian life. Rising from the desert are the famous Pyramids of Giza, while the labyrinth souks pulse with energy. The Nile cuts through the city like a giant river snake; once an ancient transport route, it’s now a haven of activity for visitors. Cairo is a great luxury travel destination for both couples and families.
Head to the Khan-el-Khalili bazaar, home to a jumble of artefacts sold by seasoned merchants in a maze of tiny streets. Afterwards, visit the Egyptian Museum, where ancient treasures are piled up against the walls. Allow us to arrange a guide for you.
