Offers guests game drives in the early morning and late in the afternoon. You will head out across the 200,000 private reserve to find predators such as lions, leopards, and wild dogs, along with some giants like elephants and giraffes. Game drives are the perfect way to cover lots of ground and see how the scenery of the Delta changes around every turn.
For those seeking a more up-close and personal experience, pull on some walking shoes and follow an experienced guide through the bush to learn about the unique ecosystem and how the bush gives life, as well as come across some of the smaller creatures that might be missed by a game vehicle.
From June to December, the Mababe Private Reserve of the Delta floods. This seasonal flooding not only brings water but also provides life to the animals. During this season, we think the best way to explore is either on a motorised boat safari or, for one of the most peaceful modes of transport, via mokoro along some of the many water channels.
