1-2 Hours
Grab a helmet and let gravity do the early work. The trails around Ceylon Tea Trails drop through tea estates at speed before climbing along ridgelines where the whole central highlands open up beneath you. The routes are self-guided, so push the pace on the downhills, stop in hillside villages where the tea pluckers wave from the rows, and chase each other along single-track paths that weave between plantation terraces. Nobody coasts through this one.
