Days 1-4: Barcelona, Spain
Begin your journey in Barcelona, one of Spain's most exciting and diverse cities. Art and architecture lovers will not be disappointed as Gaudí, Picasso, and Miro have all left their mark on this enchanting city. Towering Miro sculptures appear from nowhere, Gaudí's Park Güell offers respite from the summer sun and his iconic masterpiece, the Sagrada Família, is not to be missed. Lichtenstein graces the marina while Picasso has his own museum.
Spend three nights in the heart of the city with the Gothic Quarter and Barcelona’s fascinating architecture right on your doorstep. After exploring the city and soaking up its vibrant culture, join a local chef for a cooking masterclass. You’ll have the chance to visit two of Barcelona’s most celebrated markets before learning how to create traditional Spanish and Catalan dishes. After eating your fill of paella and classic patatas bravas, it’s time to venture north to enjoy the delights of rural Catalonia.

Food enthusiasts will be keen to get a much sought-after table at the El Celler de Can Roca, twice ranked number one restaurant in the world, and immerse themselves in Girona’s fantastic culinary scene.
For culture lovers, nearby Figueres is the birthplace of Salvador Dalí and now boasts a museum dedicated to his artwork. Admire his masterpieces with a tour of the museum, or continue towards the coast to discover charming fishing villages such as Cadaques.
