South Point
  • Ultra modern, sleek apartments

  • Just a short walk from the bustling nightlife of Falmouth harbor

  • Close to Historic English Harbour

  • Beautiful views across Falmouth Harbour

South Point is situated at the south east corner of Falmouth Harbour, Antigua. A new development that is a departure from the majority of accommodation on the island, South Point would be equally at home as a high end accommodation that you may find in Miami. Ultra comfortable, amazing views and with easy access into the bustling center of English Harbour and the Yacht Club, this is urban chic taken right into the heart of the Caribbean.

South Point has a very small beach with perfectly placed loungers looking out over the harbor, and an extensive deck area with pool that services the 23 suites on site - a small, intimate atmosphere with no through traffic, all helping to produce a calm, relaxed atmosphere where you can watch a plethora of super yachts glide in and out of the bay.

The accommodation is split into a choice of spacious one-bedroom apartments and two-bedroom penthouse suites, all with terraces fully equipped with sunbeds where you can privately lounge while enjoying the view. Many of these also interconnect. All suites are furnished to a high standard with a fully equipped kitchen, should you wish to dine in during your stay.

South Point also offers a range of activities, including use of non motorized watersports, allowing you to paddleboard or kayak around to Pigeon Beach, should you want to explore further.

Dining at South Point is centerd around The Lounge - a large decking area overlooking Falmouth Harbour, serving a range of international cuisine, specializing in skilfully prepared stylish dishes inspired by both Caribbean and Mediterranean heritage. Although the food is undoubtedly a high end experience, the waterside vibe of the restaurant is very casual, with guests arriving and tying up their dinghies and paddle boards, as well as from the street.
