While I am a proud Brit, my family's roots (several generations back) are in Naples. So I have a natural affinity with Italy. My honeymoon was in Rome followed by a tour along the amazing Amalfi coast. Some other favorite Italian spots are majestic Florence, the Ligurian coast (home to my favorite olive oil) and Sardinia. High on my list to visit are Siena (my daughter is called Sienna!), Bologna, Puglia and completing the Sellaronda in The Dolomites. I have also spent a significant time in France - studying in Toulouse, chalet hosting in Meribel and working in Paris. All incredible life shaping experiences that I look back on fondly. They underline why I feel traveling and broadening your horizons is so crucial. I feel so lucky to now, through my work, help my guests make their own European memories.
