The Silk Path Boutique Hotel enjoys an enviable location only a 10-minute walk from Hanoi's bustling Old Quarter, packed with restaurants, bars and shops. The roads around this area are closed to vehicles at the weekend, offering the perfect opportunity for a peaceful stroll or a spot of people-watching around the lake.
The hotel has 33 rooms, which are tastefully decorated in a classic style, featuring neutral tones, traditional lighting, polished wooden floors and dark-wood furnishings. Rooms offer views over the lake or the city. Marble en-suite bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, and the highest room categories also feature a bathtub.
Given its small size, understandably the property does not have many leisure facilities, however it does have three charming drinking and dining options. The rooftop bar has wonderful views over the city and lake, and the S'Patisserie is a relaxed bakery shop and cafe. Restaurant La Cour is on the hotel's ground floor, offering a wonderful array of Vietnamese and international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
