Six Senses have become synonymous in opening seductively beautiful beach hotels and Zil Pasyon is a wonderful addition to the collection. The hotel is located on the private island of Félicité, about 55 kilometers north-east of Mahé, and close to the well known islands of Praslin and La Digue. The dramatic granitic island is around one-square mile in size and is characterized by its large granite boulders and picture-perfect beaches (the best being La Penice just around the corner from the main resort). The forested center of the island rises up to a peak of 213 meters, providing a range of walking trails for guests to explore. Exceptional flora grows on the island - keep an eye out for wild vanilla orchids, coconut palms, wild mango, bananas and oranges, amongst many others.
Zil Pasyon is located on the north tip of Félicité and contains just 30 villas and 3 private residences. The villas have spectacular uninterrupted ocean views, and are all carefully positioned on the granite cliffs, providing a great deal of privacy, with superb terraces and plunge pools looking out to the Indian Ocean. Villas have their own wine cellars, and 24-hour butler and in-villa dining services, ensuring guests' stays are as comfortable and secluded as can be. With the use of exposed wooden beams, blue accents and large windows, the villas embrace nature while offering all modern amenities.
Six Senses Zil Pasyon offers six fantastic dining options, for a large variety of cuisines and styles. From the intimate Chef's Kitchen to The Wine Vault, there is something to suit each guest. Making full use of the island's privacy, Zil Pasyon has a swimming pool right at the water's edge, as well as three beautiful beaches for guests to choose from. The Experience Center can organize a host of activities, including diving and boat excursions to neighboring islands.
