Description
Chateau Saint-Martin and Spa is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Côte d’Azur in a romantic secluded position with views of the Mediterranean. It is the perfect retreat to relax and to explore the nearby towns and beautiful beaches.
Chateau Saint-Martin is a building immersed in history as it was once a 12th century Templar Knight Commandery, however, today it emits style, sophistication and total luxury. Having been built around the ruins of the Knight Templar and being surrounded by endless acres of natural beauty, Chateau Saint-Martin really is a unique place to stay. The combination of the sea and mountains provide fabulous and varied views from all angles, the immaculately maintained gardens provide a sense of tranquillity and the attentive service makes each guest feel special during their stay at this hotel. The resort exudes a peaceful serenity with an understated elegance.
The hotel is within easy reach of the popular destinations on the French Riviera such as Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Grasse and Antibes. All these towns are unique in their own way and have fabulous beaches and a large variety of restaurants. Chateau Saint-Martin provides the perfect retreat to return to at the end of a busy day exploring.
The hotel has 46 classically decorated rooms, suites and villas. The charming rooms have lovely views of the lush gardens and retain some of the original features of the building, giving them an authentic feel.
The Chateau Saint-Martin has a wonderful spa which features La Prairie & Bamford signature treatments. There is a variety of massages and beauty treatments on offer to guests as well as a sauna, steam shower and heated pool to leave you feeling re-energised and relaxed.
Accommodation
Chateau Saint-Martin features 46 well appointed rooms, suites and villas. Guest rooms overlook the picturesque gardens from their wide windows. They are en-suite and you can chose from a king bed or twin beds. Most of the suites have terraces overlooking the breathtaking scenery which engulfs the hotel. The villas (either one-bedroom, two-bedroom or three-bedroom) have panoramic views of the sea and lounges. The three-bedroom villa also has a fully equipped kitchen.

Childcare
Children are most welcome to stay at Chateau Saint-Martin. There is a kids club known as "Martin's Club" which is open daily in July and August from 2.30pm to 6.30pm. Children can become involved in a range of sporting and cultural activities under the supervision of a specialist team of leaders.
The villas with their separate bedrooms are a good choice of accommodation for families.
Facilities
The hotel has a choice of three restaurants for you to dine at. The two Michelin-Starred restaurant Le Saint Martin serves the finest cuisine. La Rosticceria has a delicious Mediterranean and Italian influence to its dishes. L'Oliveraie serves sumptuous light lunches and mouth-watering salads, grilled steak and fresh fish.
Chateau Saint-Martin boasts a remarkable wine cellar with of some of the world's most exclusive vintage wines. The hotel often host wine tasting evenings where you can sample some of these wines for yourself.
Activities
With its prominent position, there is an array of activities you can partake in during your stay. The French Riviera is home to a wealth of historical and art sites which are within easy reach of the hotel. The hotel will happily help you to organize day trips and excursions to visit some of the world's finest museums, galleries and archaeological sites.
If you're feeling active, the surrounding countryside is full of sporting activities such as horse riding, mountain biking, trekking and golf. There is also a fitness area and tennis courts at the hotel itself.

Chateau Saint Martin is majestic, perched atop a hill in Provence with the most incredible views. Expect old world grandeur and glamour in spades. From the moment you walk in the door you will be looked after by the most attentive staff. And the villas nestled in the grounds are a real hidden gem for those looking for space and privacy.
