Responsible travel is really important to me, so when I travel I particularly like to stay in eco-conscious properties that are doing their bit for the environment and offer unique and responsible local tours to really get under the skin of the place you are visiting. 

Outside of Asia some of my other favorite travel memories include spending five exciting weeks exploring beautiful New Zealand in a campervan, taking in the incredible scenery hiking in the coffee region of Colombia and swimming with magnificent manta rays in the Maldives.

The list of places I want to visit is ever growing, next on my list is a visit to Rwanda to see the gorillas, I would also love to explore more of Latin America.
