Wake up to the sound of the wild Zambezi River flowing just in front of your room, what better way to start your African bush camp experience. Set on five hectares of protected wilderness, the lodge has been designed to make the most of the one kilometer of private river. ?The lodge is fully airconditioned, with a private plunge pool and thatched Sala on the river to enjoy your delicious meals provided by the chef team.
Famous for its leopard population and elephant herds, this amazing destination is best experienced on foot with one of the camp’s expert guides. There is a multitude of activities here including walking safaris, game drives, canoeing safaris, catch and release fishing and bird watching. The game drives take place within the camp’s own wilderness area. The savanna, woodlands, floodplains, and waters are home to rich level of wildlife, including four of the Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, and buffalo! There are lots of smaller predators and plenty of birdlife. On the river you will have fun spotting the hippo, crocodile and elephants coming down to the river to drink.
Lolebezi is an exclusive bijou safari camp offering just six superior suites, including two double family suites. Each suite is fully air-conditioned along with a private plunge pool, perfect from cooling off from the hot African afternoons, relaxing watching the great river flow slowly past. Additional facilities include an on-site spa and a yoga deck.
