The View has a desert climate moderated by altitude, with cool to cold winters and warm to hot summers, and plenty of sunshine year-round. Located on the border of Utah and Arizona, The View Hotel is the only lodging located inside Monument Valley adjacent to the Tribal Park Visitors Center. As you look out from The View, the iconic landscapes transport you into an old Wild West movie.
Owned and operated by a small Navajo community, The View Hotel has been carefully designed to seamlessly blend in with the surrounding areas of outstanding natural beauty. Premium cabins allow for more privacy and have the space to accommodate larger families. In the morning or at dinner, enjoy the panorama of Monument Valley while dining with views to the rising sun in the east and the sunset in the west. The restaurant adjoins the hotel and offers a simple breakfast, lunch and dinner menu with a mix of Navajo and American cuisine.
The View Hotel offers well-appointed guestrooms or private premium cabins. The view from both hotel rooms and cabin is picture-perfect, with all bedrooms being view-facing, each guest can enjoy the spectacular surroundings of Monument Valley.

Private, fully-furnished premium cabins offer a unique way to experience Monument Valley. Each cabin features a private porch that overlooks the valley and is decorated in old west decor. Cabin comes with full restroom and shower along with refrigerator and microwave. Bedding consists of either one queen bed and additional sleeper sofa or two queen beds.
Although in the middle of the park, the hotel offers complimentary Wi-Fi that can only be reached from the lobby. There is also a public computer for guest use and a fully equipped fitness center.
Navajo guided tours are an excellent way to enjoy the scenery and discover the history of the area. Go horseback riding, take a hike to Hunts Mesa or head out in an open jeep for a wild west experience you're unlikely to forget.
