Located in the historic Haslett Warehouse built in 1907, the Argonaut Hotel has been awarded a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for the past seven years. A boutique hotel enjoying a fabulous location on the edge of the Bay, many of the rooms and suites enjoy glorious views of some of the city’s most iconic sights, including the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz Island, and Coit Tower, while Pier 39 is just steps away. Recently renovated, the rooms and suites have a sophisticated seaside and maritime décor, there is an award-winning restaurant, fitness center, free bike rentals and in-room spa services.
There are 252 spacious and tastefully-appointed rooms and suites, many with exposed brickwork, wooden beams, plantation shutters, white-washed walls and marine blue accents. The rooms are light and airy with striped carpets, overstuffed armchairs and Frette bed linens. Standard amenities include Wi-Fi, 37” flat-screen HDTV, iHome alarm clock and docking station, safe, minibar, workspace and in-room coffee. Suites include a separate seating area, two TVs and Blu Ray DVD player. There are also six Tall Rooms featuring raised shower heads and extra-long beds. Interconnecting rooms are available on request. Serving fresh and delicious seafood, the award-winning Blue Mermaid Restaurant is a popular spot with guests and locals and weekend brunch enjoying the oceanfront views is highly recommended.
