Having spent more than 20 years living in Singapore and working across Asia, the Pacific and other global destinations, Canadian-born Scott A. Woodward is well placed to join you on your personalize made adventure, and has a wealth of expertise to share when it comes to photography.
Scott was first introduced to photography as a young boy, and with the help of his father, soon mastered the skills required to operate a camera manually, creatively interpreting light and composition, instilling in him a true passion for the art of visual storytelling. A keen adventurer too, Scott has traveled to many far-flung destinations such as Bhutan, Tibet and Mongolia, creating a stunning portfolio of work along the way. He has hosted group photography trips to great success and is now available to accompany you on your very own journey, providing coaching and mentorship on how to make the perfect image, whether using an iPhone, DSLR or anything in between.
Scott’s photography is regularly featured in a variety of global publications, including National Geographic Magazine, Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, Esquire, GQ, Vogue, The Financial Times and the New York Times. His accolades include being awarded 1st Place in the Portrait category at the 2018 iPhone Awards (IPPA), twice being honoured by Luerzer’s Archive as one of the "200 Best Ad Photographers Worldwide" and chosen by Nikon as “One of Asia’s Finest Photographers”. Scott is a recognized Nikon Professional Photographer, a SanDisk Extreme Team Member, a Lowepro Storyteller and a Verbatim Agency Global Assignments Photographer. He also hosted a travel and photography television series on The HISTORY Channel.
