The Hawkes Bay region of New Zealand is renowned for its wine making, and home to more than 70 vineyards, including the Mission Estate Winery, the country’s oldest. Hawkes Bay is also celebrated amongst New Zealanders for its fresh produce and gastronomy, rich throughout the year due to the hot summers and mild winters.
