What is the best time to visit Montenegro? The coastal regions of Montenegro enjoy a Mediterranean climate with hot, dry summers and mild, sunny winters. The coast is at its best in May, June and September. July and August are the hottest months when temperatures peak between 30-35°C, accommodation becomes quite scarce and expensive.
The coldest months of the year are December and January when temperatures can drop to around 7°C at night. November is generally the wettest month. The hotel is closed between October and April, but is available to book exclusively during these months.
