With a Michelin star, Le Favori, overseen by chef, Frédéric Calmels serves exquisite regional cuisine created from the produce of the Loire Valley. Similarly, L’Auberge uses seasonal, fresh, and local ingredients and has a wonderful open-plan kitchen, a delightful rustic vibe with mismatched tableware and an outdoor terrace. Every Saturday, guests can enjoy complimentary cakes, cookies, madeleines, and seasonal fruits on its attractive terrace.
Surrounded by some of the most beautiful vineyards in France, wine tastings are also held in L’Auberge and the estate’s vineyards cultivate the Romorantin grape variety, which produces a crisp and delicate organic white wine, La Grand’Vigne Romorantin.
