Xining
The largest city on the Tibetan Plateau, Xining is the capital of Qinghai province. With its melting pot of cultures and wealth of surrounding natural beauty, including the stunning Qinghai Lake, Xining has been the gateway to the arrestingly beautiful landscapes of the Tibetan Plateau since the time of the Silk Road.
