If you’re only visiting Santorini, a week is likely enough, if you’re looking to take advantage of the luxury resorts here but we always recommend visiting other islands while here, like Sifnos or Crete for that added beachy treat.

Mykonos is better for groups of travellers, where you need a destination to cater to different styles. The island offers great drivability so you can easily explore the island on your own. Mykonos also has more beaches and is best for those long beach stays.
