Pioneers Kids Clubs: Holidays with 8 - 11 Year Olds
It is such an exciting age for our Pioneers and we have plenty in store to keep them entertained whilst allowing room for independence to let themselves grow trying new skills and activities – making likeminded friends along the way.
What to expect from Pioneers
Action-packed with sporting and creative pursuits making the most of the facilities these amazing resorts have to offer. We’ve created a strong ethos for our Pioneers to encourage independence, making likeminded friends and trying something new every day. Explorers staff supervise Pioneers with a ratio of 1:8.
- It’s all about fun! - Tailored activity plans to provide fun all the way, whilst building new skills, meeting new friends and trying something new sports, is what we get up to whilst building confidence and independence. Dont forget to bring swimwear & trainers so we can make the most of all the activities.
- Happy tummies - We understand full tummies are important. We provide delicious healthy snacks mid-morning and mid-afternoon as well as a nutritious lunch around 12:30 prepared by the hotel chefs.
- Communication is key - Parents will be kept informed on how their child is getting on throughout their day with us, including a detailed handover at the end of the day, with their key highlights.
- Little extras - Swimming Konfidence jackets provided if required. Suncream is provided for all children.
A day with our Pioneers
- 10:00 - Drop off
- 10:30 - 12:00 - Activities in Kids Club and around the resort
- 12:00 - 14:00 - Lunchtime
- 14:00 - 17:00 - Activities in Kids Club and around the resort
- 17:30 - Pick up and feedback
Pioneers Activities
- The activities will be based both in the club and throughout the resort, making the most of the facilities each resort has to offer
- Daily highlight activities could include: Gelblast, Watersports, Intro to scuba, High ropes, Local village lunch, Archery, Marine Biology and Cycling
- We also do: Eco discovery, team challenges, sports, pool activities, STEM activities and arts & crafts
- All children are encouraged to try and explore all the different types of activities under the watchful eye of the childcare team
