Hong Kong shaped her early years, but it was solo adventures across Europe as well as time living in Germany and Peru that inspired Luciana to turn her passion for travel into a career. She has refined the skill of finding the best hidden gems and secret local spots, using this insider knowledge to curate travel experiences that become lifelong memories her members.

Armed with an ardent interest in food and wine, coupled with a strong passion for travel, Jean is a dedicated Relationship Manager who focuses on delivering top notch personalised service that is tailored to a guests’ individual needs and preferences. She enjoys and takes pride in creating and pulling off unique and memorable travel experiences for guests.

Jane's appreciation for luxury was shaped by years at Singapore Tatler and Christie's. Her adventures span helicopter rides over glaciers and intimate Michelin-starred dinners, yet the transformative moments resonate most.
