It is time to chase the Northern Lights and step into serenity as you enter the ultimate wilderness of Lapland.  Surrounded by snowy landscapes you will be staying at Arctic Retreat, a truly exclusive and personalised escape. Each of the three cabins boast cosy log burners, floor-to-ceiling windows and private hot tubs, from where you can relax and soak up the incredible views of the Lappish wilderness.  Although it would be easy to stay by the fire and simply marvel at the view all day, it would be a shame not to experience everything this breath-taking area has to offer. In winter this includes husky sledding, snowshoe walks, hiking, snowmobiling, ice fishing and Nordic skiing.

Don your thermals and head out on the epic husky sled tour, a thrilling way to explore the frozen wilderness, with the help of these endearing dogs.  Witnessing the Northern Lights is a mesmerising experience, why not take it up a notch and try to capture this natural spectacle?  Using your own camera equipment our professional photographer will guide you on the techniques and enlighten you on the skills of capturing the illuminating skies, so that if you are lucky to spot this rare occurrence, you’ll come away with images you’ll treasure for a lifetime.
