Singita Sasakwa Lodge is one of five Singita lodges in this enormous private concession (340 000 acres), which means that you will have this wild stretch of Africa all to yourself. Singita Sasakwa Lodge is built in the style of an Edwardian manor house. Stone walls, deep verandas, high ceilings, stately furniture, silverware and ornamental pieces complete the picture. Each cottage has a private infinity-edge pool overlooking ‘where the land stretches to forever’. The bedrooms with inviting four-posters are beautifully appointed, displaying typical African influences with touches of wood, leather and glass, alongside crisp linens, imported chandeliers and hand-crafted furniture.

Sitting atop a hill with awe-inspiring views of the plain below, Singita Sasakwa Lodge is the pinnacle of safari luxury in the style of an English manor house. Managed by Singita, the service and attention to detail here are impeccable. No expense has been spared in furnishing the seven individual cottages, which sit along the ridge of the hill and offer panoramic views for miles around. Each cottage is set in its own secluded garden, the perfect place for guests to relax and forget the world. Choose between your heated infinity edged plunge pool, one of your terraces (equipped with Swarovski telescope), or the opulent drawing room. Each cottage has between one and four bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom (with large shower and roll top bath) attached to each.
When you are feeling refreshed, there is an array of activities to choose from, as well as excellent day and night game drives. Guests can also try their hand at archery, have a relaxing massage in the spa, or set up a tennis tournament on the two outdoor courts.

Singita Sasakwa Lodge is located in northern Tanzania and forms part of the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem, bordering on the Serengeti National Park. The Singita Grumeti Reserves concession spans a vast 350,000 acres (140,000 hectares) of relatively untouched wilderness.
