The property lies in the Haputale Escarpment, a perfect stop between Kandy and Sri Lanka's southern national parks such as Yala and Uda Walawe.
The bungalow, that dates back to the 1870s, is home to seven beautifully and traditionally designed fan-cooled suites that are perfectly in-keeping with the wonderful colonial heritage of the building. Think polished wooden floors, antique furniture and large comfortable beds that are surrounded by original pictures and photographs of the area. Each room is named after British gentlemen that played a huge part in the development of tea growing in Sri Lanka.
