Waterberg

Nestled right on the border of South Africa and Botswana, the Waterberg straddles some 14,500km2 in the northern reaches of the Limpopo Province. Significant San rock art sites can be found within the Waterberg Biosphere Reserve, and in the Makapans Valley, ancient hominid fossils have been uncovered.
