Capella offers something completely unique in Singapore; it sprawls across 30 acres of verdant gardens and grounds offering respite from the hum of Singapore's city centre. With bikes to borrow, this makes it a good option for families with active children as they are able to roam free! Within the gardens and grounds there are tennis courts, three swimming pools, a gym, library and adults only spa. The property is very much designed around relaxation and being close to a family friendly beach means it's a great option for children.
There are just 112 rooms in total so the hotel doesn't feel overly large when compared to some options in Singapore. Rooms are sleek, contemporary and well designed with wooden floors, white sheets and views out to either the gardens or the South China Sea. There are plenty of different options for couples, small families or larger groups travelling together with one, two and three-bed villas available.
There are several different dining options including an outstanding Italian menu at Fiamma and modern Cantonese cuisine at Cassia. For a pre or post dinner tipple, head to Bob's Bar for drink in old world style.
Despite not having a kids club, Capella is well suited to families wanting to stay in and around Singapore at the beginning or end of a trip.
