A beautiful 15km trail that leads from the small village of Dana to the lodge of Feynan. Mainly downhill through the Dana Biosphere Reserve, it takes about 6 hours, and it gives you the opportunity to spot close to 200 bird species and seasonal wild flowers. After roughly 2 hours of steep downhill trekking, the trail flattens out and becomes a gentle stroll through the Bedouin countryside.
Please wear sturdy walking shoes or boots, as there are loose pebbles and rocks throughout the trek.
Your driver will transport your luggage from Dana to Feynan. However, please keep your water on hand to keep yourself hydrated.
