You could book every element of your holiday yourself - from flights and accommodation to transfers - but when you let us do everything for you, our status as a fully bonded tour operator means we automatically take responsibility for your whole holiday, offering you 100% financial security.

This means that in the unlikely event of a hotel or airline we've booked for you going out of business, we'll offer you the equivalent or better so that your holiday can proceed accordingly. When the Icelandic volcanic ash cloud filled the skies in spring 2010, we worked day and night to get our guests home as quickly as possible, and make new arrangements for those waiting to depart. When snow hit the UK the same year, compromising many airports, we made sure all our guests still got to the Alps for their ski holidays.

Our bonding

ATOL
The air holiday packages shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 2471. Please see our booking conditions for more information. ATOL protection does not apply to all holidays shown on this website. Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking.

ABTOT
The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Scott Dunn Limited, number 5222 and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for the following:

• non-flight packages and
• flight-inclusive packages that commence outside of the UK, which are sold to customers outside of the UK.

ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package. Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Scott Dunn Limited.
